The loveliest woman made my bubble tea here. She was so sweet. Bubble tea is really good, the brown sugar pearls were perfect and not too sweet. Would definitely come again.

I ordered the oolong milk tea with bubbles. Apparently the cup being full of ice is considered “less ice”. Service was extremely slow. I spent about 35 minutes in the store. There was only one person working and they were new I think didn’t know the menu, spent 10 minutes making each drink. The worker was also quite unhelpful, but I don’t blame them as they were clearly overworked. On top of that, the payment terminal kept malfunctioning, making the worker even more agitated.  There were three people in line and 2 people came after and ordered on the machine. Of course, the worker made those two orders first 20 minutes before serving anyone in line. It didn’t make sense why that machine was even there if there’s only one worker.  The drink itself was average at best. Definitely overpriced and no smaller size option. The tea tasted quite strong in the first sip, then the bucket of ice watered it down and it tasted awful.

*** HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BBT PLACE ***  was eating a cafe nearby and my friend she wanted to try this place!  I was full from my brunch, but she got the grapefruit green tea and I had a few sips, really good, sweet and fresh! a great refresher!  PROS • clean & attractive interior • covid friendly ordering system, they have a tablet screen for payment and purchase, pretty cool!  CONS • hard to find parking  Will be back!

A second visit in a short amount of time and my wife and I loved our second drink selections as much as our first time maybe more.  We ordered: - Brown Sugar Torched Cheese Foam Milk left - Oreo Cheese Creme right  The baristas were polite and knowledgeable about the drinks. They were careful and precise in putting the drinks together.  We were offered the special dome lids so we could enjoy the creme layer at the top.  Very happy with the visit and will return before long for another treat!

We stopped into a new bubble tea spot that opened up on Harbord, and let me tell you I'm so glad I did! The drinks are so fresh and delicious! We got the supreme fruit tea and we watched them prepare fresh fruit for this drink- so light and refreshing! It also wasn't overly sweet which I really appreciate. We also ordered the Torched brown sugar bubble milk foam- this one was our favorite!! It was creamy, rich and tasted like dessert! Even with torched brown sugar it wasn't overly sweet and the toasted sugar gave the drink a great flavour in combination with the milk foam. We will be back to try more drinks!

got to visit ygo lab for the first time as i won some giveaways, and it's now one of my fav bbt places! got the chance to try their panna cotta drinks and omggg their panna cotta is insanely good, better than machi machi haha. i was also invited to try their newly released fresh strawberry yakult slush and it's so refreshing! absolutely loved the texture of the strawberry ice jelly it came w/ and i'll def be getting this topping again. thanks again for having me! :

The first time we went there was in the summer, everything was great! We like their interior design and the cashier was nice! However, we ordered few more times after and felt a bit disappointed. They never had golden bubble ready when we went there. We ordered 3 drinks on ritual, 2 of them got wrong ice and sugar amounts. We went back and the cashier gave us a new one which was nice : Their bubble tea is good but obviously need some improvements as well.

I've been obsessed with brown sugar bubble tea for about a year now, but this is the only place I've seen where they're willing to torch it in front of you, which makes the atmosphere and experience way better imho. Flavors on point and the touch screen/contactless ordering is a nice touch too!

So amazingly delicious! I would recommend this to anyone. I had the Amber Oolong milk tea and the Black Milk tea and it was so delicious. I wandered in on a whim and I am so glad that I did.  They have a huge array of fruit teas and milk teas and regular teas. At the front is a kiosk that you can make your order and pay at.  Had an amazing experience this evening, service is incredible. Visit this place and you won't be disappointed in trying something different.

My friends kept pestering me to visit YGO Lab to try out the taro milk green tea.  They said it tasted great with real taro in the tea.  Finally I gave in and went with them to this tea shop. The location is quite convenient - just a few minutes walk when you get off the Spadina streetcar. The shop itself is bright and modern.  I like the cleanliness.  And similar to Tim Horton, there is a self-served machine for you to place your orders.  My friends and I went to the counter instead to place our orders. My friends all ordered the taro milk green tea.  Since I am not a huge fan of taro, I opted for the caramelized pineapple lemon slush that the associate recommended. My pineapple drink at $6.75 came in a nice tall cup.  It's pretty to look at with the pineapple on top.  The drink was refreshing,  but a bit too sweet for my personal taste.  I also liked the little pineapple chunks throughout the drink instead of tapioca. Obviously my friends were nuts over the taro drink that is a new addition to YGO.  Curious about why they loved it so much, I tried a bit of their drink.  Surprisingly it was decent.  After they got their drinks they shook the cups so that the ingredients blend in.  The drink was milky with taro taste.  You also get little taro chunks too.  I liked how this drink wasn't too sweet.  I felt it was nicely balanced. Glad I went.  This taro drink was good.  Wished I grabbed it instead lol.
