Worst bubble tea I’ve had. Ordered Brown Sugar Milk Tea for delivery and the boba pearls were super hard, not fresh or properly done. Could not taste any tea in the milk tea, it tasted like sugary milk.

Boba was too hard and did not taste good but the teas were good overall. Loved the cute cups.

The milk teas are so bad... do not order here. Get Chattime! Hazelnut milk tea is very yummy. Every time I order from teapuccino either the tapioca is hard or the milk is rotten. And I’ve given this place so many extra chances..

DON'T ORDER DRINKS HERE. Unacceptable. Their bubble tea makes me had diarrhea, pretty sure to be food poisoned by it because I tried 3 times and had diarrhea every single time. The bubble tea has the scent of rubber when I try to smell it in 3rd time trying it, which is very disgusting, and I will never order at this place anymore.

This is one of my favorite bubble tea store. And just saw some negative comments, but I believe it’s your personal problem not them, if you don’t like just don’t go. Don’t give the wrong path for others!!!! LOVE BUBBLE TEA EVER!!

Most authentic milk tea and fruit tea! Definitely my favourite bubble tea place! Cheese pineapple, Cheese strawberries and my favourite brown sugar boba milk are all highly recommended! Really good beverage to have~

Excellent! The only dirty milk tea I have been able to find in London which is a delicious staple all BTea shops should have. The packaging is really high quality and could easily be re-usable. This location is in a great spot a combo space with barakat. Really cool experience I can't wait to go back.

My family has been in a few times and we always enjoy the variety of drinks. Great staff, kids love the packaging. Tastes refreshing and satisfying.... Great treat anytime of the year.
