Went in today on a saturday afternoon, and the lady working was super helpful. I was looking for a study bible and she asked me several questions and showed me to two parts of the store to browse. She helped me get set up at a table and chair so I can get comfortable and flip through them. She went out of her way to check up on me from time to time, answer new questions that came up, and bring me some suggested bibles and devotionals for my kids. I really appreciate her helpful attitude and wonderful customer service. God bless her! I would highly recommend to others and can't wait to return. :
I always enjoy going to this new Frederick St store. It is easy to find parking. The store itself is well-organized and has many items to choose from. Browsing is so enjoyable. I appreciate the knowledgeable staff who cheerfully help find a specific type of book for specific needs. They have inspirational, beautiful decorating items as well. I have found many items for my home here. They have a wonderful selection of cards. Sometimes they have huge book sales. I also go to the Hespeler Rd location in Cambridge when I am there and that store is wonderful to go to as well.
Went in, found what I was looking for easily. Store is well organized and if you ask the person at the desk, they are quick to help you with your situation. Very knowledgeable. Store layout is nice, aisles are wide enough. Large selection. If you can't find it on the store, they can order it with a 2-3 week wait. It could even come within a week, depending on the time and day.
The new Frederick Street location is inside the mall. The interior of the store is well stocked and brand new. The owner helped me find a large print bible for my elderly relatives. He is excited about the prospects of the new location, and is always in the mood for a good conversation. Do check them out and subscribe to their promotions via text message. They always have great deals!
I'm so thankful the Gospel Lighthouse is available to me in Kitchener. I am the librarian at my church and find they always have the latest books and resource material I need. They also have some wonderful gift ideas for all occasions. The staff are very helpful in helping you to find an item and in making suggestions or if you just want to browse around and see what they have. The location of the store is great as there is lots of parking it's just an all around great place to shop.
Great book store!! Well stocked and maintained. Very helpful customer service too. If they don't have what you need in stock no problem, they'll order it !!
This is a great Christian store on its new location at Frederick Street Mall. It has a wide selection of books and excellent gift ideas. Free parking at this Mall with handicap parking and easy access to all stores.
Store is nicely laid out and well lit. Maybe be aware of the fact that customers can hear you on the phone as you talk badly about other employees. God's people need to stick together, not tear each other down.
Amazing gem of a place. Grateful for this location that moved so close to me. Sad they are closing all of their stores.
More helpful and friendly staff you won't find. If they don't have it in the store, they'll order it for you. A great local Christian resource.
