Great people. Friendly, helpful, don't get annoyed when they need to show you the same thing over and over again until you get it. Everyone in the dealership is happy to see you. You need a car go see Doug Bennett! He is so helpful and will do what he can to get you the best deal. He has your best interest at hand. We have been dealing with John bear for years and all the sales people are good but Doug is the best. We have bought a few vehicles through him and have referred friends to him as well and we are all very happy. So go see Doug Bennett you won't be sorry.👍

After many poor experiences with the service department I swore I would never set foot in John Bear again. I found a used truck that interested me so I decided to go look. I dealt with Murray Roth who is pleasant to deal with and also knows his stuff. I feel like I struck a great deal and bought the truck. Murray is very calm, honest and trustworthy. I didn't feel pressured to buy the truck or any of the add-ons offered by the dealership. Murray also got me an amazing price for an extended warranty, which I ultimately declined. There was a small ding in the rear bumper ( used vehicle) that I wanted fixed as part of the deal before I took delivery. Murray went above and beyond to make it happen. The repair ended being a bigger and more costly job than expected. Upon delivery Murray took the time to explain all the paperwork. I also got a great rundown on how to use the different features in the truck including syncing my phone to Chevy My Link. I also bought my last vehicle from Murray with a similar experience and will likely buy my next vehicle from Murray.

We recently purchased a new vehicle at John Bear and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Doug Bennett was extremely knowledgeable about every car we test drove and made sure we got into the right one that was appropriate for our family. He was always available to answer questions that came up and made us feel welcome each time we saw him. I highly recommend Doug and John Bear!

I bought a Canyon from the John Bear New Hamburg dealership. I was lucky enough to have Stephanie Bauer help me with my purchase. She made the process from start to finish a stress free event. She spent a lot of time with me to make sure I understood all the benefits of my vehicle. Thanks for making my second largest purchase ever an enjoyable experience!
