Recently had work done on my Santa Fe. Job was done well and the customer service was great. Jackleen took care of everything when I arrived. A special thank you to her for the professionalism she showed. There were a lot of people and she handled everything smoothly. Repair was great. Vehicle was cleaned for me when I picked it up. Good job and great customer service. Will recommend.

Lady at counter for sure need new job.. She will make you wait like you are in hospital and for no reason even if you are alone standing there .. .. No Customer service at all forget about smile and welcome .Visited that location more then 4 times and if you ask her question she get upset and with angry face most time her answers ..I don't know.... Staff work like machine and since insurance paying they don't care about customer because money will come regardless.. They don't want to explain or discuss in details and you can see on their face they are giving favors to you even after repair they give you keys and tell you go take your car ..forget about details there is not even thank you for business .. I selected that option because closer but next time I will consider going to place I know and people care .

Worst. The lady over the counter is worst and has horrible customer service skills. I was waiting in line and she was yelling the guy behind me. Then it was my turn and she was equally rude with me . I asked her to shut up, gave my business to some other better place.

Friendly helpful environment. They keep you up to date on where they are in relation to your car repairs, and when it will be ready.
