I made an appointment for rustproofing, went to their shop which is located a bit off the beaten path in an industrial area. It was done on time and took less than 45 minutes shop time about an hour total. Most areas were done from what I can tell but since they did not provide me with nor could I find any literature that indicated what the application covers I am just guessing. I noticed they missed some spots that were done by a competitor, mainly in the engine compartment area where it is hard to see. It would seem less product was used than the competitor as large surface areas were not covered as previous applications had. Might be that the previous application is also misted as well as sprayed which is messy but more effective for large surface areas like the inside of the hood. They also hand washed my vehicle which Scott's did not. It was not covered in product though as it appears they don't mist it and were pretty careful about where it was applied. They don't offer a discount for multiple vehicles and did not have when I looked or mention a coupon that is on their website like my previous application provider does. As for the customer service part again okay but a bit lacking as you can't see the work area ,there are no beverages, not even water, washroom or television etc in the waiting area. Just a few old books and magazines. You are right next to the office desk so you have to hear and see all the customers, service people and phone calls while sitting on a saggy worn out and uncomfortable couch while enjoying the draft/winter breeze from the front door. The front staff seem to be the owner's daughters, they are polite/civil when spoken to but are on the company or their phone and don't engage you otherwise. Nobody explained the different options for application before doing the job and I was under the impression that I would be getting a different/better one. All said ok to good job but I don't feel the cost matches the level of overall performance.

I have tried these guys a few times and they are the best in GTA.  I originally brought my car to them to fix tints that I got done at another shop in Milton who did a horrible job.  Not only did Scott's team fix the other guys crappy job but the pricing was less and quality of the work was incredible.  I now let his team do all my families tinting/rustproofing and cleaning for our cars and boat.  Be sure to call ahead to make an appointment- this shop is super busy!...its no wonder they've won all those customer choice awards for the past 20 years...

I have been going to Scott's just over 7 years now. Genuine and honest. I can tell alot of care and years of experience are certainly present when taking your vehicle in. I would certainly recommend Scott's Car Care. Great interest with making things right and being an automotive enthusiast goes a long way - It certainly shows. Keep up the great service! Best place in town / city.

They did a good job tinting my windows, but accidents happen and they ended up scratching/cutting the side panel of my window frame, on my BRAND NEW car. I have used blades to cut things before in my life and I know exactly what a blade cut looks like. They were blaming the dealership for trying to pull a fast one on me and were saying the scratch was filled in with something and when they finished the job and washed the windows the scratch was miraculously there. I am 500% positive that the scratch was not there before I brought the car in as I had just hand washed my car the night before the job got done.... Funny that when I washed my car there was NO scratch but when THEY washed it there was one.... They ended up doing the right thing and paid for the part replacement but they never admitted that it was their screw up and kept feeding me lies...  I would have given them more respect if they had owned up to their mistake and admitted it. They kept saying how my car was under cameras the whole time and that it was impossible for them to scratch it but was never offered to go watch the video ;) This error ended up being an inconvenience to me and I still paid in full for the work they did and no other compensation was offered to me for my time and gas to go get this rectified at my dealership.... Would I refer them to anyone? Not even my enemy. Can't stand liars.

Had a small disaster this morning. Called Scott's Car Care in need of help. They squeezed me in and got my back to work in no time. Disaster averted. Thank you! I will be back. Staff was super kind.
