Goodyear Auto Service Centre

I went there to get my winter tires put on, the technician that borrowed my Key Lock, threw it in the trunk instead of putting it where he found it. The pieces were everywhere. When I took a look at my rims, I have notice that they damaged them. The left rim was in the worst condition. I had these rims for a couple of years, and this is the first time they get damaged. I had the receptionist look at them, then she called the technician to look at it. I spoke to the owner of the shop, and he took responsibility. He let me borrow a loaner car, while he sent my rims to get fixed. When I got the car back the rims looked amazing. Overall, I would recommend to check your car before getting the tires changed. Take pictures before, and after just in case. Well, that is if you care about the state of your vehicle. I would love to give it a perfect score because the owner did an amazing job, and shows that he cares. But I feel that I can't because the technicians that worked on my car should have taken care of the vehicle, and they are a reflection of the shop. I would recommend the shop as long as you request to have the owner to work on the car, or do it at your own risk.

Completely a scammer, they charged me $72 for a tire patch. The labor cost is $64.00, the totally time I stay at that store is 29 mins, the patching may only takes less then 10 mins, that means 10 mins for 64 dollars? Ridiculous. I saw people rate them as 5 stars, I think those reviews maybe paid or from employees.

Scammers... went there to repair flat Michelin tire 1 year old ,they repair it but informed me that i have change all 4 tires because my are damage already (tire mostly last 6 years ) and not many km on them .... ofcourse they push to buy garbage Goodyear.. be careful ....

Just went for an emissions test but I was in and out in 10 minutes! Staff were very friendly and made the whole process a breeze. I would recommend them for sure.
