Went in for an emissions test. Friendly and helpful staff. Did not have to wait long at all.

I am a student in Uni that had just bought his first car. I decided to have the workers at East Side Auto check the car to make sure it was in great condition. Unfortunately they did discover an issue with the car. However, they were able to repair the car and return in to me with a limited timeline. Now I am confident that the used car I bought will work like a dream. Will be returning with the future problems my car has.

Took a prospect xc70 2.5T AWD for an inspection and was pleased by the smart, timely and unobtrusive customer service and thorough tech report on the vehicle. Guys even noticed the age of the tires (though passed the safety requirements) and gave me recommendations on what should be done in the near future and what is due for a regular maintenance.
I would recommend this shop to friends.
