Never experienced such amazing service at a car service shop like I have with this Midas location. Got an oil change and found out that there was a faulty part in my Mazda 3 that a past mechanic installed when my car underwent repair. 

Didn't get charged the cost of the part and was told to come back again to get the car checked out once more to make sure it drove properly. These people care about their customers especially with the new management official named Tony. He's a great guy and so are the team of mechanics that work under him. 

Not entirely sure what I think about the front desk lady but other than that I had a phenomenal experience at this establishment!

I have a 2016 Wrangler that I got 3 months ago.  Since getting it the rear brakes squealed when released.  The dealership in Oakville off of Kerr street was unable to find the issue (likely as it is still under warranty.. Only 9k) 
I emailed Midas and Tony got back to me right away.  I went in today and we took the Jeep for a spin and he had the issue diagnosed literally 3 seconds.  It's something the dealership could have done but didn't want to bother. 
Tony and his staff and great.  He is very knowledgeable and professional and even stuck around past his time to leave to make sure I was happy.  I WAS.  The squeak is gone. 
I would recommend this Midas location if you are looking for honestly,  integrity and good value.

I want to give them zero stars. I was about to get my engine blown because they did oil change and didnt tighten the screws. All the oil was gone and I was on the high way. Luckily , I got alarm on my dash board  to stop and oil problem. I called CAA to tow my car and did oil change in another mechanic near where I stopped. I went back to them and the owner and his workers (Tony and Mauracious) said that I want a free oil change and they said I am lying and they didn't even say sorry for what happened or for our mistake. In summary Dont go there it is not trusted or professional or mannered shop

Excellent service. Went there for an oil change, they did a whole check up for no extra charge. Friendly staff.

I brought my car to Midas Oakville on Speers when I needed a second quote on some work. I had brought it to this location before, and had a great experience with Mariusz and Elizabeth. Tony took care of my car this time - he was able to quickly determine the issue (which turned out to be a quick fix and unrelated to the initial quote from somewhere else). He fixed my car on the spot, and he even took the time to show me exactly what the issue was/explain everything in detail. I was not quoted or charged for work that didn't need to be done, and I ended up saving a lot of time and money that day! I trust that Mariusz provides fair and honest quotes, and quality service to his customers. I would definitely recommend their services.
