Here's my experience at JNB in dealing primarily with Steve and Brian (owner). My Honda Pilot 06 was giving an engine noise and it was determined that it's related to the timing belt or beyond i.e engine. Steve took the entire area apart to investigate further and decided that it needed a new motor estimated at $5000+ and even sourced an engine. However, he went the extra yard to pinpoint the exact cause and found that the timing belt tensioner was contaminated and dropping oil pressure on timing. Steve took the decision of not just repairing the problem for $1000 but fixing it at his own cost as he thought the car was in great shape although having over 300K KM's on the odometer. This could so easily have costed me over 5000 Dollars which JNB prevented and bought me over as a lifetime customer. Dead Honest, Extremely Reasonable, Conscientious, Superb Customer Service, Empathetic are just a few word I have for that place.

I was nervous to get my new car checked with an out of province inspection because of some of the horror stories I heard about different auto shops. I called these guys up at 2 and they squeezed me in right at the end of the day. The work they did was fast, and they were honest and up front with everything. Highly recommend. I have definitely found my new auto shop.

My car was repaired at this facility. Brian and Steve were a pleasure to deal with. They were professional and knowledgeable. Even though they took their time repairing, once I got my car back I was really happy to see that they went above and beyond to clean the interior and exterior of the car, and organize all my mess neatly into the trunk.

I've been dealing with this shop for many, many years - followed them from the old location. The owner, Brian, and his staff have always been fair and honest and I've never been charged anything more than the labour time it's taken for anything. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone.
