Amazing shop with fair pricing and honest owner. 
Its tough to find a reputable and honest shop that doesn't attempt to upsell unnecessarily on every service. If you are looking for an honest shop with experience and quality work provided, Matthew and European Automotive are definitely the place to go.

Matt was recommended to install a short shifter for my MkIV GTi I'd just picked up from EuroSport tuning. The atmosphere of the waiting area was pleasant as I waited for a little over an hour. But that quickly changed as I went to inspect my vehicle after the work was completed. Upon inspection, I noticed that my parking (e-brake) had no tension when I tried to engage it. I informed the mechanic who brought me my vehicle and he quickly got word to Matt. The next 15 minutes of conversation was the worst attempt at customer service I'd ever received from a business owner. He immediately went on the defence about the parking brake implying that it was broken when I brought the car. When I tried to explain that I've never had any issues with my e brake, his next rebuttal was to devalue my vehicle by saying how it's a 10plus year old car and cables tend to fail and that it'd be my responsibility to repair it even if it broke as a result of his mechanic negligence....followed by more condescending remarks about my knowledge of cars. After much persistence on my part, Matt took my vehicle back to the garage where he eventually realized that it was indeed his mechanic that caused the issue. What really baffled me was that he did not once offer an apology. I'm not one to leave reviews online but I felt compelled after such a horrible service. ...Way to leave a first impression Matt!

These guys were recommended to do a pulley install and oil change on my Audi. They decided to stress test my clutch and reported it was slipping. This was a bit of a surprise as I was not told upfront. I was only able to pick it up late after hrs and the smell of burnt brake material was still prevalent. The car shifted strangely and a faint noise and vibration developed that sounded like helicopter rotors from below the car. I thought maybe there was an imbalance with the belt/pulley.
A couple weeks later I noticed oil run off after parking, and took it to my regular mechanic. He reported that oil was leaking significantly and my oil dipstick was broken off at the end. He also diagnosed the transmission noise as a chipped/damaged gear set in 1-2. The service counter was not even reset which is basic standard practice.
I called to inform European Automotive of my shop’s diagnosis, and I was asked “what do I want them to do”, and he explained “cars break”. This is one of the most calous and careless responses I have ever received. He did not even ask to see the car to determine for himself.
The bottom line is I paid for work only to receive my car in worse condition than I left it in. In response to the oil leak he simply said the washers sometimes don’t sit well. All Audis require a new crush washer with every oil change. Tehis has NEVER happened in the last 3 years of owning the car. Not once was even an apology oferred.

Always happy to bring in my Mercedes.
Clean, neat waiting area,  bright well lite with TV and free wifi...small details make the difference..
Having said this, found out they work on domestic makes and models as well.. so my 300 will be coming here as well.. very happy.
