Love this location! Oliver is an amazing trainer! He helps you based off of your own personal goals and needs and is always kind and supportive. He’s always a blast to train with and pushes me to do more than what I think I can do! I recommend him to anyone that wants to try personal training.

I recently had the opportunity to attend a gym tour session at Goodlife fitness center. Hunter was the person who welcomed me and showed me around the facility and introduced me to the various equipment and amenities.nFrom the moment I walked in, he was super friendly, helpful, welcoming and answered all my questions with patience.nThe facility was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a wide range of equipment and amenities. I left the gym feeling positive about my experience.nIf you're considering joining a gym, I would highly recommend taking a tour of the facility to get a sense of the equipment, amenities, and services offered.

I did the 3 session personal trainer pack with Oliver, to get back into the gym.nnHe’s the best personal trainer I’ve had the pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable on form and techniques as well as explaining the purpose behind each exercise and the relevance to gaining strength.nnMy biggest takeaway however was his ability to help me push through my own mental barriers. To push myself harder and lift heavier than I thought I could.nnAbsolutely would recommend. Especially as an intermediate gym goer.

Lilly was so kind and generous. i was really wiped after my workout and we were chatting and she offered to go fill my water bottle for me while i went and sat in the massage chair! she’s such a delight, really adds a one of a kind positive energy the this location

Oliver is an awesome trainer! He really knows his stuff. Best part was pushing me a little further than I thought i could handle and challenging me to get better every session. If you get a chance to train with Oliver you will not be disappointed and will see the amazing progress you wish to achieve
