Loved this place. Loved the service provided. Good machines and great classes.

This is a small, cramped location. I'm not a big fan of the layout. The group fitness room is a good size, and they have a decent schedule. There is no cycling studio or really any extra amenities that are of interest to me. They do have child-minding for those that need it and the location is convenient.

My experience was terrible with Goodlife! Before joining their club I mentioned that my budget was 500$ for 2016 and 500$ for 2017. They told me if I join their club in a "one year membership plan" they will be able to show 500$ in my 2016 receipt and transfer the excess of that to 2017. I trusted them and I joined the club. At the end of the year when I asked them for a receipt they said that was impossible!!! These guys simply deceived me... they just want to make people join their clubs for any price... I no longer trust these guys... If I had got a letter with the signature from the person who promised that it was possible to do that I would definitely follow the case from a legal way .

These people lie and delay everything. They totally ripped me off. I told them to cancel my membership they said they would talk to manager and the manager will call you back. They never called me back. 4 times I went there and told them they kept delaying everything till it was passed my cancellation deadline. I didnt even want the trainer session and they took that money as well without even teaching me anything. I called the head office ass well and they said they will deal with it which they never did. Then they took $23 today and I called the loblaws goodlife they said I needed to call head office cuz they didnt have anything on record of me cancelling. I called office they said the same thing and that they will not refund anything. Totally unfair and liars. Imm a make sure to let many people know that Goodlife fitness r liars and rip people off. And imma make sure to contact better business Bureau.

Goodlife college square is a great women's gym. It's small but has all the equipment needed and a decent layout. However, more attention could be spent on the changerooms because often they are dirty and lacking toilet paper, kleenex and paper towels. Please focus on this area more diligently and you will have a perfect gym.
