A jungle gym for grown-ups! Not a typical gym, but not CrossFit either. Functional, challenging workouts that help you break out from the ho-hum gym life of running or stair climbing or wandering around and waiting for machines. Perfect for military, firefighting or law enforcement physical training and conditioning. Also great for parents who want to keep up with their active kids. Encouraging and knowledgeable coaches with kids’ classes, too.

Love this place; hard workouts and pushes every class.  Fun atmosphere; great coaches/ trainers.  My kids also love the FitKids
Program and attending march break / summer camps.  Recommend to anyone who needs a new challenge.

Very fun gym with lots of cool obstacles to play with! The classes are well organized and are a great workout. Staff and people are awesome.

Best Gym in Ottawa! Love all their classes!!! If you are looking to transform your body, and want to have fun doing it, this is the place for you!! Excellent coaches, excellent atmosphere, excellent classes!!!
