Big shout-out to Issac (he's one of the managers!) Super amazing and very knowledgeable. We sat and talked for sometime regarding many elements of fitness and he was so patient!! Need more managers like Issac!!

Soooooo when is this place actually going to be a true 24 hours location? I mean they got the big sign that says 24 hours but it's only 24 hours from Tuesday to Thursday when you check the hours on the front door, with pretty early closing times on the weekends. It's a new location so everything is new, clean, and tidy and the staff are very friendly. Parking is ample and the virtual fitness classes are a nice feature but I can't justify anything higher than a 4 star rating until the hours are changed to be a true 24/7 gym, which I was told by a staff member would be sometime in December but we'll just have to wait and see.

Pathetic experience with this gym, we heard good things about Goodlife that's when it was about to open here in this location we signed up but nobody explained us terms and conditions. They all are money minded, not customer service oriented. My wife never used her membership and she called them few times and wrote few email's as well for cancellation but they never stopped debited our account. Same scenario with me i have used my membership for almost two month, after that started my job in Markham, made few requests to stop debiting our account but nobody listened . NOW THIS IS AROUND 11 MONTHS THEY ARE DEBITING OUR ACCOUNT FOR $32 BI WEEKLY. AND WE ARE PAYING FOR NOTHING. CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE BIG 0 THEY ARE BIG TIME CHEATERS..

Staff hands down best in GTA! Atmosphere as soon as you enter is like no other. Anything you need whether it be towels or any issue, staff are all over it. Sometimes it is extremely busy and towels can be behind but Ash always gets it to me even mid workout he’ll come find me and deliver. Never had that anywhere else. Trainers actually care for their clients unlike that location near Bovaird. Had a session with Chris & it was unlike any other session I’ve had before. Club is always clean and staff always on hand when you need anything. 5 stars for Mayfield!

Got into a verbal argument with an employee named Roshanda working at the front desk. I was in a situation regarding my membership and she handled it very unprofessionally, leading for me to think she had the lack of training. I am surprised GoodLife hires employees like Roshanda with such poor communication skills and social skills. I was very poorly treated by this employee so I decided to ask for her name as I walked out. Once I began to walk out I heard her laughing and saying "like whaaa" to another employee and that's when the verbal argument started leading to both employees yelling at me and me having to yell back. Sad to say GoodLifes reputation is easily ruined by a desk receptionist.
