9Round Bolton is amazing: an excellent, efficient workout in a comfortable but challenging atmosphere. The concept is A+ but what really makes the Bolton location standout is the people. The trainers are all friendly, smart, and know how to move you past your comfort zone. 13/10 would recommend to a friend.

Great workout and concept. Danny the owner is amazing. it's a 30 minute blood sweat and tears workout. If you need to up your game, you have to visit this facility. You will be thoroughly impressed and will feel very welcomed.

The trainers are always pushing me to try a little harder to reach my full potential and get the most of the 30 minute workout. Either at the Bolton location or the Woodbridge location, the staff is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the workouts. Whether its the posted workout or helping me work through my own goals and questions about how to improve certain muscles, they always know how to help and achieve my goals

Super friendly instructors as well as owners. Really tough workouts, super challenging. I'm excited to update this review with my results. Just joined and I am feeling the burn big time. Great job guys 😎💪💪💪
