Have had the chance to try several different styles of classes with various instructors - so far have been impressed with them all! Good range of classes (with varying degrees of difficulty) offers something for everyone...classes to push yourself in your practice or to act as a refresher for the basics. Each instructor brings a unique teaching style - great way to learn different tricks and tips! Really happy with the team at Healthletica, looking forward to more!

Myself, my husband and son have all become members of Healthletica due in most part to the welcoming and caring atmosphere we find there. When my son and I were originally looking for a place to practice yoga, Healthletica was our first stop and never looked any further. They took the time to learn about us and what we wanted and needed to enhance our well being. It's not something that is easily found. My son has a disability which limits some of his movements but the wonderful staff took the time to help him with modifications so he can enjoy the classes to the fullest. There is no judgement or feeling that you have to keep pace with anyone else. Just a true sharing of positive energy!

At any time, at any stage in your life if you are flirting with the idea of turning to yoga for mind, body or spirit improvements THIS is the place to come. Healthetica inspires me daily through its current members, teachers and blogs - it encompasses all that yoga has to offer and much more. Everyone who is apart of the Healthetica family makes you feel very welcome without the pretentious vibe of other hot yoga facilities!

Last night, I took the beginner class for the first time. I was very hesitant at first because a) I'm not a heat-person. I prefer to be cold rather than hot and sweaty and b) I have short tendons and have never been able to touch my toes (even as a child), let alone do some of the different yoga moves. I can honestly say that, although I was very hot, I didn't really notice the heat once we started moving around. The instructor was very good at explaining all of the moves so that no one felt lost (we had quite a few newbies yesterday). And although I was struggling in certain positions (downward dog, for instance), I didn't feel the need to use the blocks I had beside me. I was very happy with the class and my sister, who joined with me, and I started planning which classes we'd like to try next. I'm planning on being there tonight for the Yin class, as I was told it's a slower-paced class that I might be able to handle. Will definitely recommend!

I have been practicing Yoga at Healthletica for a few years now and can justly say, we are very blessed and extremely fortunate to have a place like Healthletica in Caledon, specifically in our small community of Bolton. Healthletica offers so much more than Yoga classes, they provide a wonderful community atmosphere, full of light and energy. When you walk into Healtletica you are immediately welcomed by glowing and radiant smiles from Jen and Rosie. The welcoming you feel creates the perfect mood to let everything go (stresses from the day) allowing you to really appreciate and enjoy your experience at Healthletica. Jen and Rosie’s wealth of knowledge is vast & expansive and the beauty of it is, they are always willing to share it with you. The teachers’ are remarkable, from their knowledge to their practice, always approachable and more than willing to assist. There is every sort of class you can ask for from beginner to experienced, seven days a week, that’s right seven days a week! Looking forward to a great 2015, and thank you Healthletica, Jen and Rosie and all the incredible teachers. Franco Vaiano
