I started working with Renee almost 2 years ago. My back was injured and my posture needed help. Renee is an expert when it comes to injuries. She develops a plan that is right for you then slowly increases the level of difficulty while being mindful of your injury. Her sessions are varied, fun and challenging. As my back healed, I could feel myself getting stronger and, more importantly, I felt better! I felt so good that I encouraged my husband to start working with her. Renee now works with both of us and we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Renee!

Renee has been my personal trainer now for over 2 years and has allowed me to achieve amazing results. When we first started working together I was no longer able to run and now I am able to run, swim and bike regularly and even do sprint triathlons. She takes a number of factors into account including personal fitness objectives, general health and diet considerations and fitting exercise into a busy work-family schedule! She also leverages the latest technologies including a web portal I can consult from any computer while at home or travelling that has described video exercises that are easy to follow and track progress.Working with Renee could change your life.
