A very big location with women's only space. The stairs would kill me tho, after a hard leg day nMassage chairs and a mindDen. Also has a blood pressure measurement machine. Very modern and spacious locker room. Very clean, everytime I came. Friendly staff.

In Halifax for a week and got to train here. Staff was helpful and friendly. Great atmosphere and lots of equipment and space to train.

Joey at GoodLife Fitness is exceptional! She always goes above and beyond to help at the gym. Her smiling face and positive attitude make every visit enjoyable. Joey’s dedication and assistance have made my workouts more effective and enjoyable. She truly deserves a managerial position. I love coming to the gym because of her outstanding service!

I started back with the gym, and this is the place to go.nJake was my first trainer, and he was excellent. It is a shame that he is not a full-time trainer.nThe place is clean, well managed, and organized.nThis is the place to go. No dirty locker rooms, great people, and clean machines.

I am quite disappointed with the gym’s early closure without any advance notification today. This has caused inconvenience as I had planned my workout around their regular hours. Proper communication with members regarding schedule changes is essential to avoid such issues. I hope the gym improves in this aspect to better serve its members.
