I have been a member for about a year and so far no problems. Staff are friendly and not at all bossy. All the equipment is standard stuff that I have used elsewhere. Love the free convenient parking, that's big compared to other places downtown. Free yoga from experienced staff more than pays for my membership. I like the place and the people. Was at the Canada Games Center after the YMCA closed but didn't like the cardio equipment. Also found the young staff too inexperienced and a little too obsessed with enforcing the blizzard of rules posted everywhere.
