Evolve Fitness

BEST gym in the city! I've been going to Evolve for over 3 years now, and this is the first time in my life that I have enjoyed exercising! The atmosphere is friendly and accepting of all levels of fitness. All of the trainers are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals, while fostering an accepting and fun atmosphere. One of my favourite features is the wide variety of class times available (with classes ranging from 6am to 8pm, seven days/week, which works well for the busy working professional). Even with my short time with Evolve I've noticed a big change in my physical and mental health. Matt and Mitch go above and beyond to ensure every individual person's needs are met and will gladly answer any questions you have! The workouts are strength based but are to be done at an individual pace. I honestly couldn't recommend a better gym to get started with to introduce a more active and healthy lifestyle to your every day life!!

Matt and Mitch are absolutely the best. They love what they do and are so encouraging to all of us that are involved in their challenge. They make fitness and eating healthy fun. They also get that everyone including themselves are going to have bad days but show you that getting back on track is not that hard. Thank you guys, you are both awesome in my books.

Great spot. You workout hard but at your own pace and you have Mitch, Alan or Mike to help make sure your form is correct and you’re doing the best that you can without getting hurt. All shapes and sizes here too! No matter where you are on your fitness journey the people at Evolve (members and staff) will be welcoming and encouraging!

Friendly and welcoming trainers who care about your health. I love coming here because I challenge myself at my own level that works for me right now. I’ve gotten much stronger and have lost over 30lbs since starting at Evolve post baby 😃I highly recommend checking them out!
