I've only just started going there, but it's clean, the staff are friendly, and it's never been too crowded to do what you want to do. It's a nice break to not worry about being stared at while at the gym, you can just go do what you need/want to and carry on. Only negative is that GoodLife memberships are expensive to the point of almost prohibitive.

"Remembrance Day might affect these hours" is not really helpful...posting the actual hours would have saved me a trip to the closed gym.
