I couldn't imagine working out anywhere else! The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They also make an effort to make sure you're happy and have what you need. The facility itself is impeccable.

I love the virtual fitness option as it makes it easier to  take a class when you can't make a live one. I can't say enough about this facility. I go 5-6 day a week for the last 4 years and consider it my second home!

Great place and small but has all the things u need. But they should open earlier on Sundays

Terrible little place with outdated equipment. Also no towel service. That's how they discriminate women even when they open a gym for us
