Depth Training and Physiotherapy Waterloo

I joined Depth about three years ago, first as a shred member and then as a regular boot camp attendee. Beginning with a shred was perfect for me .It allowed me to focus on eating well and getting back into regular exercise. I have always been active but had found that I was not finding the time to consistently work out. The early morning classes have allowed me to fit a workout in so that I am free to take my kids to all their after school activities. The staff at Depth treat you like family and are all very enthusiastic and eager to help you meet your goals.

We've had a great experience with the Depth team over the last many years. First with our own results (hubby and me) from personal training with tailored programs and then onto using their punch cards to help motivate and keep us in 'decent' shape! Since then we've sent our son there several times and all with great success and fun. He has always commented highly on the Depth staff and their programs and continually uses them to help promote fitness and well being. Awesome job Depth team, keep up the great work and programs!!!

Class workouts can be intimidating, but not here. This facility will welcome any individual with open arms, regardless of your goals. The coaches truly care about your well being. Definitely recommend. Bonus that the views are amazing of the golf course and access to the clubs locker room facilities

I have been a member at Depth for almost 3 years now, and couldn't be happier! If you are new to fitness and hesitant about taking that first step to get started, don't be! The staff are knowledgeable and professional, always keeping it fresh and fun, motivating you to be the best you can be. I love the atmosphere and energy, and can't imagine starting my day any other way!

Only had my first few sessions, but I'm feeling improvement. They offer an app to help with physio exercises at home which has been very helpful. Would definitely recommend!
