Extremely irresponsible staff. I reached the gym at 9:15 AM and forgot my gym card. I rang the doorbell and called repeatedly, but there was zero response. I waited for 15 minutes and no one bothered to show up. After driving 20 minutes just to get there, this kind of careless and unprofessional behavior is absolutely unacceptable. The gym at this location is relatively small and has a only few number of machines, only 1 equipment of each type in whole Gym, quite disappointing. Often have to wait for others to finish their sets, which affects the overall workout experience. Despite the smaller space and fewer equipment options, the membership fees are the same as other locations that offer larger facilities and better-equipped gyms. The pricing should adjust fairly base on the size and availability of equipment at this location. Either the gym space and equipment should be expanded, or the subscription cost for members at this location should be adjusted accordingly. For those seeking better equipment variety and more spacious facilities, recommending other locations. Cleanliness of Gym is Good.

Purchased a black card membership after working out at several different fit4Less locations in the past. The black card room here is a joke- only 2 benches and one squat rack, one cable machine. Absolutely not worth the extra cost. In the rest of the gym the machines are outdated and the work out area is small with little space and few machines.

So very disappointed of the news apparently not allowed to bring e-scooters into the gym but my question is where is it on the doors and I’ve been told it’s on the Agreement When we signed up for the gym??? Well, I put my e scooter beside me and PS IT WASNT NEAR ANYONE IT WAS COMPLETELY SAFE NO ONE WAS GETTING HURT I was not even here for 5-10 minutes I’ve been told by that and what else I’ve been told it was in the way NO IT WASN’T like don’t lie to me no one was going to hurt again honestly tell me to put it outside umm no thank you.

Even though the gym is old, Corey keeps it absolutely spotless. He’s truly the man for the job always making sure everyone enjoys the gym safely and comfortably. One time, I even lost my keys and he stayed back after his shift was over, spoke to everyone, and made sure I didn’t have to walk home. Amazing person and amazing service. Highly recommended!
