Kensington Fitness and it’s employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and they take a personal interest in your fitness/health goals. 

I was diagnosed with chronic knee inflammation and I wasn't able to do a squat or walk up stairs without immense pain. The staff at Kensington fitness worked with me to create a manageable routine of bootcamp, massage, and chiropractic sessions to enable me to meet my fitness goals. 

They kept my individual needs in mind during bootcamp/training and helped motivate me to keep going and improve my physical fitness. Everyday I am getting stronger and I am now able to do exercises that I never thought I could do again.

Best gym around! Reliable equipment and great knowledgeable staff! Plus they sell healthy preportioned meals for before or after your workout from 360 Meals and Coaching! WIN WIN WIN!

This gym is so perfect that I almost hate to write a review for them!    

I have been coming to this locally owned gym for about a year and a half and love all the people who create the positive atmosphere I have found here.   It is a small gym which has young people, middle aged people and some seniors as clients.   Watching this diverse group work out makes you truly feel that even you can do it!   The team makes it a very comfortable place to work-out as trainers watch all clients + help if you are using a machine or a weight incorrectly.   I have been fortunate to have had the excellent Debbra train me as I attempt to get back in shape after many years at t desk job.   Debbra makes working out fun and my results are truly due to her + to her encouragement.

Cosy, family run gym where the staff make you feel more like an old friend than a client.  This They have all the equipment you need, and it's set up in a way that makes the space seem not cramped.

Great atmosphere, great and helpful employees, excellent trainers and chiropractor. Haven't tried massage yet but I hear the lady is really good
