I really enjoy going to this gym. I like this location more than the 1st St location mainly because it's less busy and a lot larger, plus easy access to the trains. I've never had to fight for space or wait for equipment even during busy times. There's more space and privacy rather than it being an open area. The shower and locker facilities are clean and spacious, and the towel service is very convenient. Staff is friendly from what I've seen so far, and they have a lot of equipment. I wouldn't recommend it for people who focus on group classes for their workouts as selection is very limited.

I love Sarah. She is a great trainer and a great person. Anyone who suggests not to hire Sarah as an employee should be ashamed of themselves. Sarah has excellent work ethics and has been going the extra mile for what she believes in. Nobody should be underpaid and on top of all bad mouthed by an employer. I have watched Sarah in many different environments and must say that she is professional, loyal, knowledgeable, helpful, polite and always ready to help others wherever she can. I am completely 100% disappointed in the comment from Scott and cannot believe that he as business owner is making comments like this. Seemingly to harm her. Outrageous behavior. Not cool at all. I will not refer anyone to your Gym ever. From my observations anyone could call themselves LUCKY to have Sarah as an employee. She is friendly, honest and straight forward. No BS coming from her. As far as I know SCOTT has been praising Sarah ever since she started working for him and let her to believe that the relationship between Owner and PT Manager is great. WRONG - I guess it makes some males look bigger when they can play young women. So sad - I really hope that you will one day have you be held accountable for your actions.

There seems to be a set group of people who go in the evening, so if you've been going here for a little while it starts to feel like a small community. We usually go between 7-9 and rarely have to wait for a rack. 

TLDR: Play more energizing music at night and don't talk poorly about your employees in Google review comments.

Two reasons for two stars...

1. The music is TERRIBLE! At first, the music in the evening was energizing - just what you'd want if you were coming in after work... now it's all Taylor Swift and John Mayer? Who chooses the music? 
2. I came to leave a mostly great review and saw the owner of the franchise talking about the employment status of his previous manager in the comments? Regardless of the way their business relationship ended this is incredibly unprofessional - and if I was to see those comments before I signed up I would have chosen another franchisee to give my money/referrals to.

Great gym, great location and always clean!

I signed up to personal training with Christina to get in shape for my wedding and I've been super happy with the results and the service, I would highly recommend.

Good gym .. Best thing is that there are a private shower rooms
