The place is tiny. Very little machines, equipment, dumbbells, and benches. Can get very crowded. If they expanded, then it would definitely be better. It is also kind of hidden within the mall. Would be great if there were more direction postings.

Good gym and friendly staff, men's change room is pretty cozy. Although I noticed that every time I stay passed 6pm, 80% of the gym starts filling with very depressed/soulless looking individuals that are ages 50+. So, if you're 15-20 and looking for people your age I'd recommend going around 2pm-ish.

I work close to this location and for the first time i did go to try that club and i weet a personal trainer name VICTOR . M he was such unprofessional with a worse attitude ,constantly look at the girls constantly keep touching the girls and try to pick them up and never leave any attention to the man or older women , even i try to ask him a question ,he avoided me and very loudly told me don't you see i am busy. he talk to you like he own the place or he is the king of the club and worse than that i could not believe that he is a manager of that club , also i heard from a friend that he got sued once for his attitude what a person please do a favor to yourself ,especially if you are a girl don't go there this guy is not trustable.

Located inside the mall which is very convenient. Very, very small gym with only basic equipment. Very clean. I only gave three stars because of the lack of variety of machines, but that is due to lack of space. Great for the casual gym goer looking for a quick workout, but not so much for lifters.

Amazing location, great and helpful staff. Not sure why so many negative reviews, if you don't want training sessions, simply say no ? Love that it's located inside the mall and connected to the subway system underground, as well as additional stores/food court/shops. Ana S.
