The most amazing staff work at this gym. I am greeted with a warm welcome when I arrive. I am acknowledge and told to have a great day when I leave. The people at this gym treat everyone with respect.  The staff and members held two minutes of silence today, Nov. 11, 2017 at this gym. Everyone stopped their workouts stood at attention. Some people even cried and things were somber and quiet at the gym for quite awhile after we watched the 21 gun salute from the gym t.v.s. The most amazing people in the world go to this gym on Consumers Drive in Whitby! I have made the best friends I have ever had in my life at this gym.

I have not been to this location in a while.  But Julie at the front desk is amazing.  VERY friendly and welcoming.  Thank you for the great service.

I have been to many goodlife location in the east  compare to Pickering, Ajax and Oshawa, this is far better. Clean space, newer equipments, pool, lots of parking.. all in all great gym.

My local location and my favorite one. They have a pool and very open space. Overnight ladies are always nice. The boxing bag is a great plus and its right off the highway.
