This place, the coaches and the most amazing members encourage and motivate you to reach your goal! There is no judgment in this gym! Everyone welcomes any new members! I chose to do personal training and a customized meal plan and got such amazing results and have never felt better! Started doing Spartan Races last year out of fun within the gym group and qualified now the second time for the OCR! Come and try it out! You will never regret it!

Just like any great business, it’s the atmosphere and core values that make AYG what it is. When I first joined a few months ago, I was worried I would be intimidated by the strength and skill of the trainers and regulars (they’re all jack shows!). But it didn’t take long to realize how considerate, helpful, and kind these people are. I accidentally signed myself up for one of the hardest classes as my first class, but everyone helped show me the ropes (sometimes literally) and pushed me to keep going. Now I sign up for those classes regularly and am amazed at how far I’ve come in the short while I’ve been going there. These guys have cultivated an awesome community of people who just want to help you be the best you can be. I’m very grateful I’ve become a part of it.

AYG has definitely found and built the right atmosphere for members and people who work there. I believe that they have found the right ingredients to achieve success within there company. With that being said, it shows within the membership and especially workouts.

Are You Game is one of the best gym experiences I have ever had. No matter what your fitness level, they will challenge you and encourage you to be your best. The community is outstanding with everyone being welcoming and so supportive.

The trainers, as well as the members, consistently bring a positive mindset and encourage others to do their best. Regardless of one's age, gender, or athletic experience/abilities, you will feel welcomed into the group. The wide variety of classes offers the opportunity to experience and learn something new.
