Fix Auto did an exceptional job fixing my car. Went above and beyond my expectations. Jayden was who we dealt with and was Professional, Proficient in determining the damages and explained everything.  Was great with all my crazy questions.  Such a nice young man. The repairs were a week and because of the age of my car - they did an awesome job fixing and finding parts, matching the paint. Detailed my car. The shop repair guy did an exceptional job also. Highly recommend this Fix Auto location. Before   and after  photos of my car.

I was referred here by my insurance company. Jayden pretty sure was the name of the guy at the front was super helpful. I told him my situation and he got me in, vehicle fixed up and back to me in a timely manor. I was very happy with the service.Service:&nbsp;Body &amp; Trim

Fix Auto Edmonton East was amazing! The men there are beyond polite and extremely honest. I needed my front bumper and drivers door to be repaired/replaced and they did the job in a record time of two days! My car looks brand new and I really appreciated how involved the manager Peter was with answering my calls and keeping me informed throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend!

This location is closed  no signs, website and Google said it was open, but even the front desk was removed, as a tow truck driver that is inconvenient

I have used this body shop several times over past few years. They are friendly honest and do amazing body work. I highly recommend FixIt Auto Gateway

Fantastic experience start to beyond finish. These guys were efficient, great at communication, and exceeded my expectations for the results. I brought my vehicle in for auto body damage from an accident. When brought them the car, I was also having mechanical issues caused by another shop that I was having proving this issue was caused by another shop, Fix Auto helped identify the extent of the damage and answered any and all questions I had about getting the other shop to fix their own mistakes. They even went as far as taking photos of the damage for me. After I recieved my car back from them, I emailed for some information about the vehicle and they have been answering all questions and concerns.  It has been 6 months since the auto body damage was caused. They also cleaned my entire car for me inside and out as well. And after a long winter with a dirty car, and damage, when I saw my clean, repaired car I truly wasn't 100% sure if I was picking up the right vehicle. I am so grateful for everything this shop did for me. Before Fix Auto, I felt very alone in my battle with the damage caused by others to my car and now I believe I have a competent company to honestly answer my questions who want to help me.

I was referred to Fix Auto East by my insurance company after a hit and run to my front bumper. The experience was beyond great from start to finish. The customer service at this place really is top notch, Jerry was super informative and to-the-point. As I walked in the door to drop off my vehicle, he had already called the rental company for me. I also appreciated the e-mail updates informing me what stage of repair my vehicle was in, and when it was due for pick-up. They did an amazing job, and even cleaned the inside of my car. Can't thank them enough, as dealing with these kinds of situations is stressful enough, and they made it extremely easy for me. I would recommend this shop to ANYONE!
