Good quality and price,the staffs are patient and friendlybut should pay more attention to book an reservation before dine in especially from 5pm to 7pm in case of having a comfortable seat position. The food like ginger beef, sweet and sour pork, special fried rice, crispy chicken are brilliant never taste that before. It makes me reconsider of Chinese food. Best regards

We ordered banquet dishes for ten people. Each of us only have to pay $45 including tips and GST. We have crab, lobster, BBQ goose plus many other delicious dishes. For that price, I think it was good deal.Food: 4/5

We dined in for lunch and took home some more because the food was good. Unfortunately I got something I was having a hard time chewing. So I tried investigating and look what I found; a wire trapped inside the food. Now I feel like there’s some in my throat.

Crispy fried shrimp and pork and shrimp dumplings are the best! Great customer service done by our waitress Lily! Very friendly and accomodating! Thank you.

Waitress recommended sea food dinner but we were not truly interested. To simply we ordered the pre-planned menu for 8 & added 4 more extras since we were party of 12 in 1 table. Within 5 minutes of wait 1st item of hot sour soup was served. Minutes later 1 after another food arrived by than table top was filled and we enjoyed the sumptuous dinner. Parking: Lots of outside parking.

Very good service, the food was excellent. Every time I went there, I was not disappointed. I know they are busy, but delicious food is worth waiting for. I'm very happy to have such a good restaurant near my home. I have expectations when I don't want to cook.

The food was...terrible actually. The lemon chicken was very greasy and doughy. The onion cakes were also very oily. The ginger beef was overcooked - crunchy and chewy. I had an upset stomach for hours afterwards. The service was very fast though. We were sat next to a table containing a big tub where they overturned and dumped half-finished plates of food, so we had to look at other people's partially eaten food while we ate ... They could have found another place for that. It often seems to be busy, so I thought it would be good. I do NOT recommend this place. The best Chinese food in the city is from the Blue Willow downtown.

Worst experience of dining in Edmonton. We went as a family for dinner a day before to Granville Good Buddy restaurant. I called in to book a table and was told to order before 8:30 pm. I ordered a meal for 3 people. We felt so unwelcome from the beginning; the person taking the order almost sounded as if she was doing a favour by taking our order. None of the staff bothered to ask if we needed anything. We had to go up to the counter to ask for everything. We ordered Fried squid, Salt & pepper pork, Kung Pao Chicken, Mushrooms &Tofu dish and wonton soup. Other than salt & pepper pork and the complementary tea, we didn't enjoy anything. We were billed within 10 minutes of entering the restaurant while we were eating; that was still understandable as they were starting to close. After that, they just stopped bothering about our order. There was no single person responsible for catering to us. They even forgot to serve one entree until we had almost finished our dinner. I had to remind them. No one cared to serve us the desert and we left without it. This was the most disappointing dining experience so far. It is holiday time and we were having a great time till we arrived at this restaurant. For a customer paying more than 80 dollars, I expected better service. I felt so embarrassed with the way the staff treated us and was not at all hospitable. I would never visit this restaurant again. We would have rather preferred denial of service than being treated this way.

I recently visited with some friends, and we had a terrible experience. The food was absolutely gross, with some dishes tasting stale and others being overcooked to the point of being inedible. We were extremely disappointed with the quality of the food, and it made for a bad start to our meal. But the worst part of our experience was the service. The short hair female server was extremely rude, only taking care of the big table and ignoring our small table. It was as if we were invisible to her. When we tried to get her attention, she gave us a dismissive look and turned away without even acknowledging our request. Her bad attitude towards us made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the other servers seemed just as disinterested in providing good service. They were slow to clear our plates and refill our glasses, leaving us to feel neglected and ignored. Overall, we had a terrible time. The gross food, rude staff, and bad attitude towards customers make for a truly unpleasant dining experience. We will not be coming back, and we do not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food and friendly service.
