Rishun Happy Diner

Ordered through skip the dishes. The selection was good. We really enjoyed the food. The flavour could have used a bit more of a punch but it was definitely good. I would easily recommend this restaurant if you’re in the mood for Chinese food.

We received their menu in the mail and always love supporting local businesses so we ordered the dinner for two. We were so happy with our dinner it came with chicken fried rice which was included and was so delicious and hot and we received two spring rolls and won ton soup and the soup was lovely as well! We picked out two additional items beef and greens and chicken chow mein both were excellent! The total bill came to $40 but the picture above was our leftovers the second day. These dishes were so generous and so hot and tasty we will definitely go back again!

We ordered food for takeout and they quoted us 1 hour. We waited patiently for 1 1/2 hours and when we called in to ask about the status of our order they told us it was busy and would be 20 more minutes! I understand that everywhere gets busy but they should at least be willing to compensate you for a horrible experience. This place had terrible terrible customer service and I would highly highly recommend ordering at another restaurant . Unless you want to get sassed and ripped off. Also we were supposed to get a free green union cake for ordering over 60$ And their big “sorry” was offering us 10% off but they would take away our free onion cake . What a deal !

Mediocre food, terrible service. This was my second time ordering from this place, both times I had to wait an extra 30-45 minutes for my food to be ready. I called, they told me to pick up in an hour, show up, they completely ignore anyone standing by the door, when I ask about my order, they look surprised that I actually believed them when they said it would be ready in an hour! I am convinced they don't start cooking your food until you show up and ask about it! There were about 6 other customers waiting like me, one was about to lose it completely as he had been there 1 hour! Anyhow, lots of other Chinese food restaurants around, avoid this one!! It's a shame, I want to support small business, but their "who cares" attitude is too much.

The BEST Chinese food I’ve had in so long hands down!! The honey garlic pork was so delicious and the beef broccoli TO DIE FOR! Definitely worth the money and the free entree over $65 is a huge added value!! We’ll be back soon for more!!

There 4 stars are from chop sticks the old owners. Gonna save my time and yours… Just go to rice to go. We ordered food and it never came. called after 2 hours and they said they were just starting to cook it. We canceled the order they called us and said they’d give us 10 percent off but would have to loose our green onion cakes the onion cakes were free don’t waste your time.

The Chinese food here is delicious. It's our favorite Chinese food spot in the city. The staff is really friendly and service is great too.Food: 5/5

I ordered food online from Rishun at 630 PM. Got an email notification stating that food would be ready at 8:19 PM. That’s almost a 2 hr wait ! So I called them to see if it was really 8:19 PM. They then told me to come and pick up the food at 7:30 PM. I went there at 7:30 Pm. It’s 8 PM now and my food is nowhere in sight! What a freaking waste of my time! This would be the last time I order take-out from Rishun. Btw, their food is only okay and nothing special - and definitely do not worth the wait.

Great wanton soup!!!! Get the large! Tldr: a good amount of amazingly seasoned wontons, fresh vegetables, tender flavorful barbecue pork. I am a wonton soup hound, I get wonton soup at least once a week but often twice. These guys make a great wonton soup, The wontons are seasoned very nicely and flavorful. I normally have to add soy sauce to the broth but this broth only requires to be stirred. I'm ordering from these guys again today mushu pork and will try out more of their products to see what else they have. Update: I've ordered from these folks several times now. They really go out of their way in terms of customer service and providing a quality item. I will forever be a patron so long as they continue this level of service. Poor customer service! We were told order would be delivered by a specific time. We called 20 minutes after order was to be delivered and the food wasn’t even cooked yet. We were told the delivery would come in another 20 minutes. Needless to say we cancelled the order and order our meal somewhere else.
