I always had good quality and good portion when I ordered Roast pork on Rice from this restaurant. But today is very disappointing. I understand cost has increased, I don't mind to pay more but don't cut down on the meat. Also the meat quality is not good. It was a lady prepared my take out. I ordered large size. Once I got home I didn't want to eat it. So much rice and little meat. Other place has more meat that can cover all the rice. I want to support them during lockdown but I won't buy again.

This summer i will be eating at all the roast duck places in Chinatown! This is my first stop. I ordered the Roast duck and roast pork on rice. The pork was amazing. The skin was perfectly crispy and the meat was flavorful. The duck was tasty too! 5 stars for both meats. The sauce on the rice was good. The portion size was huge! For a small i expected much smaller

This restaurant is being here for more than 30 years, if you have a chance to come downtown try it! Fabulous food! My son loves the sweet and sour pork! Traditional Chinese dishes! Great experience!

Have been coming here since opening.  Lately the temperature of the food is hit or miss.  It's been cold at times.  Always great food for with good size portions.  Recommend the congee with chinese doughnuts.  Be sure to check out the daily specials.  Friendly staff who can speak Cantonese Mandarin and conversational English.  Clean Washroom and facility.  Kitchen is lightning quick.  Cash or e-transfer.  Closest parking is next door. It's Underground.

Good meal with before and after photos. :  1 Fish meat congee. 2 Beef roll. 3 4 pieces of deep fried wings.  Management gave two extra wings because they had small wings.

I love this place, the portion is generous! I only pay $12.95 for this box. The meat doesn’t smell at all, not even I reheated on microwave on next meal!  Recommend!

I got take out here for some BBQ pork and roast pork. I only wanted a small portion of each for my kids to try some, but apparently there was a minimum amount I could purchase. I got what I was looking for, but the service is mediocre. I grew up frequenting the shops in the area when I was a kid and visiting my great uncle's shop where my grandfather worked, so I'm familiar with what to expect. So I wasn't expecting stellar service and it's not what you come here for, but still, it's important to some people, so I wanted to note it.  In terms of the food itself, the BBQ pork was tasty and tender, while the roast pork had good flavour, but the skin, which is normally crispy, was a little on the soft and soggy side.  This place would do in a pinch, but there are probably better options available.

I rarely come to Chinatown, but I must try to get some food whenever I come. This restaurant was typical Cantonese food, and the dish size was tremendous, from noodle soup to some rice dishes.

Nice Cantonese BBQ Siu Mei , ordered their rice with 3 bbq meat combo, meaning you can choose any 3 of their meat from BBQ section, I picked roast pork, bbq duck and bbq pork from left to right in my picture, really large portion with a reasonable price of around 17, the portion is huge I cannot finish it lol, and I just finish my workout of stair climbing of around 80 floors in the morning without eating anything, I was like crazy hungry but I still couldn’t finish it all.  The roast pork is a bit too salty and quite fat under the crispy skin, but in general all good, definitely recommend this place, oh do remember to bring cash, i believe it’s cash only

Best Hong Kong-style restaurant in Chinatown! The food is delicious and of good value.
