My bad experience with BW while in the process of obtaining a home insurance quote compelled this review. I obtained several quotes from other providers as well and BW came out at the bottom in terms if competence, efficiency, professionalism, organization, as well as customer service. With the number of other choices available in terms of insurance providers who provide much superior service I question why anyone would even bother coming here.

The staff is great, answer your questions. For auto insurance there quick and help you the best plan for you.

I always go here for my auto insurance as they're open and even have a drive through feature which I find funny but guess it helps with the flow if someone just wants to do a simple renew without any changes. Staff are kind and willing to explain every detail of your insurance plan and able to translate the lawyer speak to something that anyone can understand. Added Bonus especially people who have a sweet tooth or have kids; they have bowls filled with candy.

Snotty Poor Service - If you want rude service, snotty staff (except for the fine young gentleman Cory) then this is the place to go. They do not answer you questions, talk degrading and insulting to you. Especially if you have just moved here, little if any patience to explain things to you.
