It was Sunday late afternoon, not many business open on Sunday afternoon, but AIS does. Customer Service was THE BEST. Super friendly, helpful, extremely pleasant! I would recommend this service to anybody! 5 star.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. I had issues with renewing my insurance and had to drive to multiple agencies that weren't able to help me. Fortunately, I came across Allied's Fleetwood location. They took the time to help me and get my renewal done. I'll be sure to give them my future business.

Wonderful customer experience! Probably one of the better insurance services in Surrey. Not sure what happened to warrant the 1-star review from a previous reviewer, but that was totally not my experience. I've recommended Allied to many friends and family, and they've all said their respective experiences were awesome!
