Gilt Restaurant

Came here with my parents and cousins on a whim - we'd planned on eating somewhere else but they couldn't seat us and Gilt could so we went there. And it was such a great decision! The food was delicious and flavours were great. The service was helpful and friendly. The drinks were tasty.

Love their dinner menu! Tapas style where you order ~2 dishes per person. Very unique fusion dishes that you can’t experience anywhere else in Waterloo. I’d highly recommend this place.

Food and drinks were really good!!! Atmosphere is incredible and cozy, and the service staff are super nice.

Menu is tapas style. Craft beer on tap. Food was good, especially enjoyed the fried cheese curds and Korean chicken, these were also some of the cheaper menu items. Pork belly perogies were also good. The chicken wings weren't worth the cost. Service was quick and friendly. Overall good experience.

Great for Sunday brunch. I had Lobster Eggs Benedict - heaps of lobster, bacon, brie. Super decadent. My wife had a curried lamb Benedict. It was also really good. Definitely recommend for a more upscale brunch!

The atmosphere is fantastic. Easily the best brunch I've had. The Lamb benny is too die for, so is the chicken and waffles. Our server Tara was phenomenal!
