Ita been a while since we have been here and we were happy. The service was great the staff was super friendly and all our food came out perfect. And on top of it the prices weren't so high like other places for the amount of food we receive, it was great. We will definitely come back

Went in with my family and we weren’t pleased with what we had tonight. It took about 50 minutes to be served our food. Our food was cold and my mother’s coleslaw had no dressing… just cabbage. Unfortunately another family experienced the same cold food and left the restaurant. If we all weren’t starving we would have left the restaurant ourselves.

Good food, nice sports bar ambience, courteous staff! Wing specials on Thursdays with the purchase of a beverage. Ample parking!

Normally it's a go to for our family. We tried out half priced wings night, and it will be our last. Wait time was long, we arrived before dinner rush, about 5. Had to ask for our angry fries which was missing. Then our wings were under done and turned both myself and my moms stomach. They told us that they pre-blanch the wings the night before. However as I am a cook in the industry, marrow should turn brown then if cooked. With it being blanched then fried. I get it was busy, and they at least took the wings off. What was off putting was the half apology. I discourage going for any discounted nights if this is how they handle concerns.

I was so disappointed in going to this restaurant. My whole family was. I got the chicken parmesan it was overcooked and the noodles were dry and I had to ask for more pasta sauce. My boyfriend got the ribs and wings and his wings were undercooked and his ribs were overcooked. My daughter got the steak and shrimp meal and asked for medium rare and it was full on rare still bleeding. My son got the wings and fries and his meat was very pink inside......however the root beer float was nice? But definitely won't be dining here again. Too overpriced for the quality. Did I mention the server didn't even ask how our meal was till after some other lady who dropped off our food did? Wasn't pleased. We went there as a request from me as I always had a good experience with other Kelseys.

I recently visited Kelsey's Road House in Kitchener and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. The standout highlight of my visit was our server, Terry. Her warm and friendly personality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was top-notch and presented beautifully. The atmosphere was lively and fun. I highly recommend Kelsey's Road House and a visit to see Terry. 5 stars all around!

Stopped in for lunch today with my three boys and mom. Lesley was fantastic! She gave us the time we needed to get settled before ordering, and was super attentive given how many tables came in at the same time. She was responsive to our needs and brought everything in a timely fashion. The food was exceptional chicken parmesan never fails to exceed my expectations. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Will definitely return when I'm in the area.

Aaron was an amazing waiter. I can’t tell you how many places I go where I have my order taken, brought to the table and then I am forgotten for the rest of the night. The guy could easily run his own place. He had great customer service skills, and checked in on us several times throughout the night. Food was fantastic, and the price was reasonable by todays standards. I will come back again.

My wife and I had a wonderful meal at Kelsey’s on Ottawa street last night. Fajitas were amazing and so we’re the mild boneless chicken strips. But the best part was our service. Amanda was more then excellent with her wit and charm and all around just a pleasant personality. Do your selves a favour and ask for Amanda. Thank you.

I went to this location with my Boyfriend on Saturday November 26 /22 for a 7:30pm reservation.. 1 First red flag after two minutes of walking in the door and telling the girl at the front we had a reservation that we called in the day before and she told us they never had it written down.. 2 we were sat at the back corner in a booth that had not been cleaned as there was food on it still from the previous guests that sat there.. 3we waited 25 mins to just get a server to the table to order drinks and apps 4 Waited another 25 minutes for our apps Honey buns, and spinach dip, that arrived before our drinks.. 5 waited another 20 minutes to be able to order our food.. Boyfriend got steak, veg and fries, I wanted the steak stacks.. however he said they were out? So I ordered the chicken Cesar wrap and onion Rings, I said no spicy chicken.. 6 food came and my boyfriends steak was not cooked to what he asked and my chicken was so spicy.. 7 I had no drink and an empty glass for my whole meal until finally I was able to get the attention of a waitress who I was able to ask for a water.. 8 NOT one person came over to ask how the meal was or if we needed another drink.. 9 our waiter disappeared for a long while.. came out, saw we had empty glasses and turned around and walked away.. 10 we had no cutlery nor plates to eat our apps off of.. 11 Never once asked if we wanted anything else.. treated us poorly the whole visit.. all we wanted was to celebrate 7 years together as boyfriend and girlfriend and we had the worst customer Service! I didn’t bother calling over a manager.. I was so irritated and disappointed! Did I mention they were not even busy! And staff was running around as if they didn’t know who’s tables were who’s.. very unorganized! Might just be more training needing to be done or more shadowing to tables and taking orders.. Kelsey’s used to be a favourite of mine.. Our Meal was just over $100..
