Amazing place to eat. Good service and immaculate choice of foods on the menu compared to the same Ole you get anywhere else. The garlic pull apart bread is to die for, the fish and chips was amazing, and the BIG Jack was better than any big mac you could ever get. The truffle fries are succulent. The chicken fingers are great. And don't forget to add a nice cold Sol too drink. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back and try something new from the menu.
Been to this place a couple of times now, and i must say, it is some of the best places to drink and eat, best chicken burger. The staff is also awesome, DONTE served us and was a wonderful host and also front staff greeted us well, somehow there is a new manager that does not care about customers. But i will definitely recommend the place to everyone for its food and drinks. Keep up, make sure to reserve table on Fridays and Saturdays in advance
Starting from drinks which were just good. I mean beer is always good regardless the place. Food was fine as we ordered bruschetta, fish and chips and veg Mexican bowl coleslaw wasn’t upto the mark. light fixtures need a detail cleaning don’t know when did they cleaned it last time as I could see cobwebs and lot of dirt sitting on it. Flies were flying around the restaurant. Restrooms were dirty, bad odour and no exhaust working. Really hard to even stand there even for washing hands. The only good part was server name Jack but he couldn’t help much about our experience. Place needs improvement overall.
This is a casual restaurant with a sports bar vibe. If you're into loud music while eating, this is for you . The food was good. I ordered a beer and cheddar soup for starters, which was tasty but not warm enough. I also had, bow pasta with chicken and mushrooms, also tasty, similar taste to the soup. The service is very poor, every time I come here. I don't know why, I keep coming back. You get rushed to pay before finishing your meal. I asked Becky my server, what's the rush, her response was , they are sending her for break. I was going to order coffee and dessert, to finish off my meal but I was turned off by how rushed I felt. At the door, I was greeted by a young lady and I asked a table for one and she asked if I wanted to sit at the bar . I asked her if the tables were full and she said no, she was just asking. If I wanted to sit at the bar, I would have said so. Anyhow, not coming back again and wouldn't recommend this place, I gave it so many chances, every time I get disappointed
Excellent service from the waiter I forgot his name but he was husky if I had to describe him, in the nicest way. We came as a party of three for my friend's birthday and were treated nicely. Great food and help on deciding our food choices. I enjoyed the vibe of the restaurant popping on a Thursday night and its cleanliness. Would visit again.
Our dinner was good, we had Carley as our server … she was nothing short of amazing. The food wasn’t 100/100 a little flavour/ seasoning was lacking however the service was great and so were the drinks ! … we will be back !!
One of the best bar and grill restaurant in fairway. They served almost all kind of cuisine and the ambiance is really nice. It's the best place to spend time with family and friends.
The food was good, enjoyed the ambiance and vibes. I just happened to accidentally check my bill, I noticed I was charged an extra beer. I called the person who served us and before I completed my sentence, she didn’t even check what I was saying, she apologized and got me a revised bill as if she already knew. Just felt a little weird. I know her name but don’t want to mention it the world. Just spreading awareness
First I wanted to say the food was next level outstanding. Exceeded my expectations and then some. This location was at the Fairview Plaza in Kitchener-Waterloo. Lots of parking, wheelchair accessible. Staff were friendly and it was a busy fast paced atmosphere. The have a wide variety of food and drink options. It is kind of neat how the establishment has turned pub style food into fine dining. For three people and tip the bill was around $135-$140. Would recommend checking this location out. We had a great experience. Again food was absolutely delicious. Also establishment is kid friendly. They also have gluten-free and vegetarian options on there menu. I happened to notice when viewing the menu.
My friend and I went to Jack Astor's to sit on the patio to enjoy the beautiful weather yesterday afternoon. Jack P gave us amazing service. He was informative, quick and super friendly. Food was delicious, drinks were great and the service was excellent. We will certainly be back.
