Artisan Grill

My husband and I, celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary dinner at this cozy restaurant. We had a great celebration, fancy delicious dinner . Genna , our server, was so attentive, coming to us asking every few minutes if we need anything . This place nice , clean , modern atmosphere , spacious. All staff are friendly and accommodating. Definitely come back to celebrate another occasion here.

One of the best experiences of my life. The artisan bread was amazing the steak was cooked to perfection, the fries were AMAZING and so was the salad. The staff were also super nice and helpful. definitely the experience of a lifetime 10/10

The bread appetizer was fantastic. The yorkshire app was also pretty good. The wife really enjoyed the entrées, we shared them both. I didn't care for them tbh. Just not my cup of tea. There really wasn't anything other than steak that I wanted and wasn't ordering that for lunch. I feel they should have a separate lunch menu. The dessert I did not like, it did not taste anything like white chocolate and had a bitter taste. Server was very nice but service was a bit slow.

I am not one to post negative comments as I will always give the restaurant a chance to correct the mistake or at least explain to me what went wrong or if in fact I am wrong. But the owner/ chef was too busy on a phone call to deal with problem. We went to Artisian Grill at devonshire mall for a date night. We ordered large seared lscallops and baked brie. Brie delicious scallops were tiny. the bacon was burnt on the bottom but ok still tasted ok dont want to ruin our night. Then for mains we ordered a 10oz New York strip and I had grilled prawns with mine medium rare. We received something totally different. I honestly think it's a sirloin but was well well done and the prawns were totallyover salted. I spoke to waitress who was amazing. And she went to talk to managerowner . She came back first time and said he would take 50% off my meal. I said I would like to speak to him. She came back and said he's too busy on the phone and would give me my meal free. The first rule of the restaurant industry is to speak and resolve customer problems. I have posted a picture of what is supposed to be a 10 med rare ny strip 10oz. If he would of come down from his office snd said I'm sorry kitchen has made a mistake let me correct that I would of been happy but instead he ignored us. And the waitress Jenna deserves to be working in somewhere like the keg. Neros or spargos. She was amazing and couldn't apologize enough which I told her it was not for her to be apologizing for someone that can't be bothered. We will never be eating in either restaurant again.

Fantastic meal and great service! The chef came out to the table multiple times to recommend dishes, checkin and thank us. The fresh pasta is amazing! I would come back again and highly recommend!

We decided to try this restaurant for the first time tonight and were blown away by the food and excellent service thank you Blaine!. Food-wise, the truffle fries were the best we’ve ever had and everyone should try them as an appetizer! For our mains, the food was fresh, flavorful and delicious for everyone in the family gnocchi was amazing and rivaling the best at any Italian restaurant, lobster burger was decadent, the Asian stir fry was spicy good and the peanut butter cheesecake was divine. Overall, a great experience with friendly service and we are happy to have found this place. We will be back- thanks Artisan Grill.

Went for dinner before a movie and it was a fantastic experience. The waiter was very personable and efficient. The food was absolutely amazing. We shared the balsamic brussel sprouts, I had the spinach goat cheese salad and my husband had the surf and turf burger and every bite was delicious. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Had dinner with my friend on Sat 7/30. Food was good, the tables outside, if you don't have that dumb heater on the table which takes up a lot of the room, you will be ok. Nature called and I went to the bathroom and it was like I stepped into a truck stop. Smelt of urine, and paper on the floor, counter, and tried 3 stalls before it looked safe. I guess they don't care about that. So will never eat there, because if they can't keep their bathroom clean, can you imagine how clean their kitchen is. Horrible smell, disgusting to say the least. Be warned.

Artisan Grill is a fantastic spot to dine at! The Chef came to the table many times throughout our groups stay to ensure all was tasting well and we were comfortable. 5 stars for this restaurant - hands down!

We arrived for our reservation with two other parties behind us also waiting to be seated. After we were seated, we waited about 15 mins without any acknowledgment from the wait staff. Around this time, I noticed that the parties that were seated after us had also had their water and other drinks provided to them while we sat continuing to wait to be acknowledged by a server. Finally, my husband got up to approach the manager or some gentleman who offered him a beer. This was slightly offensive, considering we don’t even drink alcohol and would have appreciated the offer of a glass of water or even having a waitress directed to us to take our order. The restaurant was not full, by any means, so I couldn’t understand why there was such a significant delay in service or acknowledgement. The food at this restaurant is typically very good, but the experience I had at this location will make me steer clear of this location. For a restaurant that charges these kind of prices like $40 for a pork chop I would think should be more on point. Very disgusted and won’t be back!
