I have nothing against the store portion of this Canadian Tire. My beef is with their auto service section. Do NOT go there. The service is atrocious, the few times we've been here they always screw something up and make us wait an extra 2-3 hours. Today we brought the car to change tires, we had an appointment, the guy at the front said it'll be an hour or an hour and a half. It has now been 4 hours and I'm still going to be waiting another 1 or 2 because of their own mistakes and noone out front was aware or knew what was going on, just running around like headless chickens.

They make me wait 6 hours past weekend, they took of my muffler and told me to come next weekend to install it. He told me to come the earliest possible. I came at 7:30 with my son because nobody can help me on Saturday. And they told me to come during the week. I explained again I only can during the weekend. I have no muffler nor love for this Canadian tire garage.
