Horrible store that relies on automated cash registers and their employees that take care of them are just there to mess around or have a negative attitude. Last visit there I bought pants for work witch I needed a receipt for a reimbursement from my employer but ALL of their automated cashes were jammed unable to print one out. None of the employees approached me to offer a solution, instead they all gathered up to talk amongst themselves to joke and one of them was even dancing around. Overall experience from my few visits there is that there doesn't seem to be any management staff around to get things done properly, feels like a wild west, get hired then do whatever you want.
Such a bad experience here. I had to do one return, they had a sign up that someone wasn’t going to be open until 9. Manager Alexandra was called for me, and she just wouldn’t do anything about it. Nobody showed up until 9:20. I explain to the manager that I would be late for work but she didn’t really seem to care whatsoever and just asked me to come back later after I repeatedly expressed that I couldn’t. Other employees were nice, but manager Alexandra was terrible. I would’ve happily waited if I wasn’t in a rush to go to work.
In my opinion, this is by far the worst Walmart. There are seven people pretending to do something in the self service cashier. And absolutely nobody in the cashier, nobody working. If you come to this Walmart prepare to become a member of the staff. It doesn't matter how many products you have, you will have to register all of them by yourself. What happened to the service?
Don't go there to buy a watch, the nice ones are as expensive then Amazon, you can't even try em on without cutting the straps, no one in sight to open the glass doors, asked 2 times, still no one showed up lol. I gave up and left.
I like Walmart generally, but I was annoyed to discover that after months, they hadn't updated their inventory or snaplid plastic boxes. I had to settle for one that didn't shut securely, though I had been waiting for a better brand I had bought the previous time there.
Even 1 star is to high 25 min in the customer service counter, 3 staff talking to each other about vaccine and no even a word or aknowledge to wait or how can we help you ... After long time waiting one staff went out of customer service place looking at me without asking me or even offering 1% from customer service expectations Two other gave me their back and keep talking while one is filling some document Observed that also all cash counters are closed only self checkout are opened during pick hours ... I have been customer for walmart for so long accros all canada and usa but from today on no and no Disaster service in this location ... need a lot of training to match what we know about Walmart values .... Ns: i did my groocery and i was just asking to pay my Walmart credit card...
It's a supercentre which means a big store that contains food, cloth, appliances, electronics, pharmacy and seasonal stuff, it has a big parking lot, the team is so nice, It has an access to washroom that's usually clean and smells good which rarely seen in other Walmart locations. It opens 8am to 9pm which gives you the chance to shop before or after your working hours.
The shelves are not stocked regularly, normal necessary items e.g.: white granulated sugar, not available, twice in one week!! 2022, not during covid
Drive to another location... cashiers here don't know how to bag groceries. They'll place a 2L on top of a loaf of bread, meat with cleaning products... and as you can see by my picture of the black forest cake and chocolate cake that are melting...they're sitting on a table..the rest of the same cakes are kept in the cooler. Management doesn't care about it either..they claim it's fine..this store and it's staff are a joke!
Great store!! This space used to be Zellers, which was my favourite store for non-food items. As Walmart "Supercentre", they have foods as well, so it gives me an opportunity for 1-stop shopping for some weeks.
