I recently visited the center for an ultrasound and had a great experience with Ronnie, my technician. She was incredibly kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Ronnie was very informative and answered all my questions. Her professionalism and warm demeanor really stood out. I highly recommend this clinic and Ronnie for anyone in need of an ultrasound.
The new Booking online process is absolutely NOT workable! After putting in all my info, including a mandatory scan of my requisition, I get a message that someone will call me to make an appointment in 3-5 business days.n1. What if I am away from my phone? When calling GR, there is no option to make an appointment, and I couldn't get to talk to a person.n2. The more frequent users are seniors I am a computer-savvy, but many seniors are not. They would be unable to scan and upload the requisition. After finding that they can't get through to talk to a person, their only option is to go in person to book. Many seniors have mobility issues. It is a difficult process for them to get to the site. Then they have to navigate the pay parking machine, which frequently doesn't work., walk back to their cars to place the ticket, walk into the office to make the appointment, then back to their cars. Or they have to arrange for someone to drive them.nnAs healthcare practitioners, the establishment of this whole process is disgraceful. Let's get back to caring about people and instead establish user-friendly systems for everyone and consider our seniors. We will all be there someday.nnPlease:n1. Make online real-time appointment booking optionaln2. Have a phone line that connects to a person who can book appointments.n3. Either make parking at the facilities free or have a user-friendly indoor means of payment.
I went here for my pregnancy ultrasound and had a worst experience here. Receptionist handed over one paper to me and told that you can read it during your wait time. Wait time was not much though. But the paper was about if you want ultrasound picture then you have to pay extra money. Like seriously this is so called money making business they run here. The worst thing is, the price will increase as you go on pregnancy weeks. Ridiculous!! The technician was really gentle and nice to me. I would give her a five starts. The service is third class and money making!!!
Worst experience trying to book for my elderly mother and myself. Can't book over phone or in person. Can't book 2 appointments together online. Email per the phone recording, physician requisitions are refused stating additional information required. Called to clarify and receptionist must hate her job as she could not help me, could not direct me to someone who could help me, told me I should just do it online even after I told her I couldn't, finally advising me to go to hospital. All I wanted to know was WHAT additional info I needed before I try and track down the doctor so that I could tell them what was needed but apparently that was too much to ask. Why do you have people answering phone that can't help and the people refusing forms not available to explain so that I can get it corrected.
We had the pleasure of dealing with Shaylyn and Stephanie. The staff here cares about the patient, my wife and I were in trouble and urgently looking for an ultrasound to check the heartbeat of our little one. No one was willing to help us and hospital wait times were 6 hours+. They went above and beyond to take us within the hour and help us. I can’t thank you enough for your care and assistance. We will definitely recommend this place to others and come back ourselves.
