Very bad experience. I bought a laptop and just after 3 months it broke down parts of the keyboard did not work. Impossible to use it.
The staff is very patient and knowledgeable. The products are amazing; name-brands at a very low price.
Monitor failed within the first week. Was told that return shipping is not included in warranty.
