The worst customer experience I have ever encountered. Tried weeks on end to try and get warranty work done. They ignored me. I had to buy a new motor for the vacuum out of my own pocket, and fix it myself. They make it so difficult so that the customer gives up trying to get warranty work done. BRUTAL BRUTAL BRUTAL. Avoid these guys like the plague. You will thank me for this advice. Shameful. These guys don't deserve any stars at all.
THE WORST Company and Warranty department staff. Please DO NOT Buy If you do not live in big city. Because You CANNOT FIND a dealer that contract with them for WARRANTY. Their products are BEAM, Duovac, Husky, Soluvac, Smart and Intervac. I had multiple phone calls, emails and attempts to local vacuum stores that the company insist to contract with them. None of them had with the company. I wasted my time and money for over 8 weeks.
I sent 5 emails, 3 phone calls and spent countless hours trying to order a missing part for a Beam central vacuum we purchased from them at one of our rental property our company manages. If you buy a central vacuum from them, you better hope a part doesn't break as they've ignored our numerous attempts to respond. We are now forced to buy a new central vacuum system as other brand's parts aren't compatible with the 1 plastic piece we need... It's unfortunate they wouldn't take the time to sell us 1 small part after all these attempts.
It was a frustrating experience to try to reach someone took 2 days and many hours on the phone. When I finally heard back from someone, they said they would help expedite the warranty and repair of our vacuum. Brought the vacuum in to the repair shop that Nuera recommended, and the repair shop has been waiting for 2 weeks to receive any communication or confirmation from Nuera Air that the repairs can begin. Will not deal with this company in the future. Extremely poor customer service.
Left 3 voicemails without anyone returning calls. I ordered a vacuum 5 weeks ago and my item hasn’t shipped yet. Worst customer service ever.
Rude staff. Upon calling on Friday the lady on the other side said your order has been dispatched. I called again on Monday to get the tracking, she said you will get an email with tracking once your product is shipped.
Very good product well built very quiet and reliable I have mine for about five years now would recommend
