I have bought many electronics from Electro Tel over the years, out maybe 10 products that I have bought the most expensive item was the most disappointing. I bought a Black & Decker Dry air fryer for 70$, retail 115$ on sale Canadian Tire brand new for 86$. I was cheap and went for the refurbished one. The warranty is only for 3 months, and almost to the day it stopped working after 3 months and 2 weeks. BTW the fryer was fantastic for fries. Tasted really good. Alas the pleasure was short lived. Don't risk spending allot of money for that bargain that it may not be.

very bad service, and they do not honor there guarantees . i purchased a ninja coffee bar for $135.00 and it doesn't work properly. they told me to return it only to deny me because i didnt have the original box it came in and they couldn't resell it. never shop there!!!

They seemed somewhat friendly in store, but when you need something exchanged you have to be very very patient since they don't answer the phone and never have what you need for the exchange. We've been trying to exchange a TV for two months now and still trying and are really regretting buying it here.

Extremely rude, arrogant staff, BAD service, WAY too expensive. I went there to replace a broken screen on my cell phone. The staff calls his supplier to ask how much the screen cost. I CLEARLY hear the supplier on the phone saying 80$. Then the staff hangs up and tell me the screen costs100$ and he will charge me 120$ cash to replace it. Thanks for lying into my face! Seriously, don't ever go there!!!

I bought a GSM Samsung smartphone S3 for 199$ and 2 x J1 for 119$. It's only abroad that I was told that they were expensive knock off. Do not trust them, they out to fleece you out of your hard earned dollars.

Absolutely horrible service. They are rude and arrogant. You're lucky if anybody gets off their a** to serve you. They sell disposable Asian crap. It would be a total waste of your time and money. They should not be running a business that has to deal with the public unless you are of their "beliefs".

i was disappointed of the item i bought from this store because it seems that it was already been used and already old. they put on their receipt that there is no return and exchange because they know they have been fooling people of their scheme. i advise all of you not to buy from this store.

Bought nice Morrocan tea glasses at a very cheap prices! But yeah, customer service could be better though.

It's a gadget store good prices and you can find lots of household items and electric /electronics as well
