To the responsible of this place make your service good because people pay huge interest with this goddam fairstone company. When someone finance anything from you it is your job to let your customer know what to be done to not get interest because they are stealing money from people and your company is helping them. If someone returning something so cancel their plans and don’t create 2nd plan because Fairston is giving minimum payment and customer don’t know. Because of your employee mistake I had to pay $300 interest when I spoke to your managers it took 2 hours for them to find out what is going on also spoke with your service first they told me go to store and other 2 hours in store than you guys just say sorry we can’t do anything. I don’t recommend this place at all.
Worst Geek squad support at this branch! They refuse to honour the guarantee that has been bought recently with my computer. The Geek squad manager was very unprofessional and advise me to try repairing my computer in a different branch! I regret buying my computer at Best buy! Computer Canada is offering way better service!
Worst service ever! The employee doesn’t know a thing about his work. The only thing he was saying ‘they are all the same’ for the ovens. I bought one with a warranty, they delivered it in a week and damaged it, went in store bcz of course you can’t reach anything with their lines. They put a replacement after a month! They had to deliver it a week ago i stayed home, boom no one showed up, i called many times they said we didn’t have the correct address!!! I received a call 2 days ago from a driver saying they are here for a pickup, no one has ever mentioned it and plus they don’t have my new oven! And so on……. Still waiting after this awful customer service! DO NOT BUY THERE!
Worst customer service ever. They ran out of a product that was on sale. So they told me to come back on Tuesday because more stock would be in. Tuesday comes and not only us there no products in, they say it's discontinued. No one cares that they made me waste gas coming back in or that they are wasting my time socializing behind the customer service desk instead of helping me. I don't know how these people are trained, but the level of incompetence here must take years of practice.
After I waiting for over an hour in a lineup for the current cellphone promotion, we saw two employees and none of them could’ve told us that the promotion is only for new FIDO customer only and not for current FIDO clients . Very disappointing! They should put signs and train their employees to inform clients with the proper information and not just makes us waste our time.
They don’t even deserve one star. Worst service ever. The sellers don’t care at all, once they sell, you really have to go after them or I would say beg them to get the service and your product. We had ordered home appliances and we received a broken dryer which we refused to accept. It has been more than 10 days, have not received any update about my dryer. If you call customer service, they ask to call the store, when you go to the store they ask to call customer service, and the loop goes on. Such a horrible experience. Would never ever buy something from Best Buy, especially from this store.
It is a very disappointing and shameful experience to shop for appliances worth 6000$ with the best buy. It has been more than seven business days, and I didn't get any response from best buy regarding dryer replacement. I called on best buy support and created ticket#14327105 on July 23, called many times on the best buy support number, and also went multiple times to the store on July 24 & 28. Staff at the Best buy storeLaval are rude and unprofessional. Best buy support is telling us to check with the store for dryer replacement. Best buy store is telling me they can't replace the dryer as they are waiting for the Authorisation number. As per the best support agent, this case has been escalated to head office Anissa. Please help me with this issue. It seems like best buy has stolen my 1000$ of dryer money. There is second ticket#14316185--- I accepted the washer with the dent and was promised a 100 $ best buy coupon, which was also not delivered 100 $ best buy coupon, which was also not given to me. It's a really painful and disastrous experience with Best buy.
Very bad service, we had been waiting for more than 20 minutes for someone to come and assist us but no one had come. In addition, so many representations passed by laughing with each other and looking at us and ignoring us. You hire disqualified people who don't care about customer service
We went there me and my Mom to get her a Tablet and then asked the lady working there to open the locked window for us to get the Samsung A8 tablet she said she would get someone to do it when honestly she was just right beside the window and could open its not well organized and the way its setup the geek squad thing with booths looks like a big scam.. After 15mins of waiting we left and went to another bestbuy and got served right away it took 5mins and we were leaving
Saturday, April 09 - My cell phone decided to retire without notice therefore I had to buy a new one. I want to thank Jack for being so patient, courteous, helpful, kind and for all his excellent customer service!! He helped me chose my phone and set things up so I was ready when I returned home. I am sure there are many nice sales clerks at the store but Jack, YOU REALLY ACED EVERYTHING!! I really have to say that I have always had great service in various departments of this Best Buy. Remember being patient and kind works both ways.
