The staff that I dealt with were friendly and efficient. They charged about $10 more than I usually pay. The only other minor annoyance (and the reason for the 3-star rating) is that their window sticker doesn't agree with the dealer's recommendations and they apparently have no way of fixing it. So I had to make my own window sticker.

Went in for an oil change but also needed to address an oil leak which I clearly stated before beginning. They continued with the oil change and charged me $75. When I asked if the leak was fixed, they informed me they weren't able to fix it and I should take it to the dealership. My question is, "why would you continue to do an oil change on something that was leaking?" They are going to have to waste all that oil in order to fix the leak so I should have been advised to just top the oil up until I was able to get the leak repaired. Instead they went ahead and charged me for a service that was useless to me at the time. I will never go back to this place!

The Service at Lube Stop was Very Good i have to say my dad went in for an oil change and hit the curb and blew a tire the staff there changed the tire and put the spare tire on for my dad and got him on his way again even though they dont work on tires there staff was more then willing to help him out
