Fusion Sushi - Ranchlands

Was really impressed with the freshness, quality and flavour of all the dishes. Waiting staff were very efficient and very friendly. Definitely one of the best all you can eat sushi restaurants in Calgary and I would recommend this location specifically between their multiple locations. One recommendation to the chefs in the kitchen, the Pad Thai will taste a lot better without chopped white onion in it!not usually found in Pad Thai will be coming back again !

It was our first time dining at this location. We chose the "dinner all can eat" option. We were 4 adults and 3 kids. We loved the food. Foods were tasty and fresh.* Like every other Fusion locations in Calgary, you other thru a tablet, and our food was coming quite quickly and didn't have to that long. Chen, the server was amazing with her attitude. We greatly appreciate her efforts to make us green tea from her own. I gave a four stars because we were charged service on our receipt, even we were only four adults and three kids all under 10 years. This was not ethical, I would suggest. We'll definitely come back for the fresh and tasty foods and the great service Chen provided. Thank you Chen!

Great experience!! Easy to order through the computer tablets. Each menu have a picture and breif description. The food was reallt quick!! And the servers were really friendly and good service. The quality of food was really great. Especially the "SALMON" was the best! I would really recommend this place for sushi.

Clean and fast service. The options for all you can eat lunch has been reduced a lot since covid, like specialty rolls, fried scallops, desert options and such. Still a good place in calgary for asian buffet!

Fusion Sushi Ranchlands was a nice experience for a family Sunday dinner out together. We enjoyed the variety in dishes and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The sushi was fresh, however I found that they didn’t have your typical choices of California rolls or spicy salmon/tuna offered and nothing with roe, no usual rolls really. Even the teriyaki chicken and beef rolls are not usual with chunks of meat and rarely cooked beef instead of the usual fully cooked and thinly sliced teriyaki meat usually inside a cooked roll that we would order for our daughter. The Thai food offerings were okay. We were very surprised by the pineapple fried rice on the Thai menu, it had a lovey slight curry flavour along with cashews, raisins and of course pineapple AND shrimp! None of that is in the description so it was a great surprise when it came out. The peppered beef and stir fried shrimp was also very delicious from the Thai section on the menu. We did find that the dessert section on the all you can eat menu was pretty lacking and the green tea ice cream wasn’t good at all. We liked the food but found the price to be a little bit too expensive for what it was. It cost $95 with tip for 2 adults to have the all you can eat and a green tea each as our two year old still qualifies for eating free. All in all we did enjoy the food and would probably visit again to try more sushi

My first ever taste of Japanese food and hospitality. Omg I was blown away. Our waitress was amazing and helped me understand how the ordering worked. So quick and easy-to-use iPad wow. Then the food arrived. Hot fresh amd omg it was so darn good. Vegetarian options: So much to choose from. Kid-friendliness: Super friendly with the kids as small individual plates. Parking: Loads of parking and a carpark Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to enter with drop curb and disabled parking by the door Dietary restrictions: With so much choice the wide range gives loads of options

Loved the experience. Would love to go so much more. Inflation impacted the buffet prices but the taste is still fresh and awesome.Food: 5/5

First time here Stopped by in Calgary and it was great! Compared to other AYCE places in Edmonton, I think this place was worth more for my family since we love sashimi and the sashimi was not only unlimited but also consistent with the sizes! Will come back again

By far the best sushi in town. Ive been to many all you can eat sushi but this one is one of the best for sure.

We try and come here every two or three months if possible. The sushi and sashimi are always very enjoyable, so much so that I skip the Thai options just so I can enjoy more fish.Food: 5/5
