Excellent food, great portion size. F@#king cold restaurant though! You would think that the employees seeing all the patrons wearing hats, coats, scarves, and mittens ( try using chop sticks with mittens.....not fun!!) would turn up the heat. Also if you like loud club music delivered by a scratched CD over cheap speakers, party on! For myself, I might come back in the summer and give it another try only because the food was very well prepared.

I gave this review 1 star = 0 star for the very poor and devious management of this restaurant. We went there for dinner within a group of 18 people. Before coming in, we were aware that the management set a time limit of 2 hours for all you can eat kind of buffet which food were brought out by waiters. Within the 2 hours, we order some food, the manager whom is by the way also a waiter, told us not to give him any more orders because we had lots of back-up orders which were not out yet. We were sitting there without food on the table and turning our thumbs for some time. I thought to myself, that it is rude to tell customers to stop ordering whereby the business is "ALL YOU CAN EAT" restaurant. By the way, we did not wasted any food or had leftover food, since we were well aware that we had to pay extra for the leftover ones. The part at the end made me more furious, which is our last order which ran 15 min. over our 2h time limit; the waitress told us that was our last order and she won't take any more orders, since our time is up. To me, the 15 minutes over time is not our fault, since they should make up the time they wasted not bringing out the food to us. It seems like the management intentionally took their time to bring out the food late, such that we ran out of the "2 HOURS LIMIT POLICY" which they set. I find this very FOOLISH, DISHONEST and RIDICULOUS on the management part. NO MORE FUSION HOUSE for us ever again for sure!

Excellent food, great service. Ive become a regular! Came on opening day and have since gone weekly. Portion sizes are good as well! Stay away from the windows in the winter...its freezing!

Went for lunch woth my 3 year old daughter who LOVES salmon and shrimp sushi, not sashimi, at the end of our meal they told me because we didnt eat 5 of the rice they were going to charge me $6!!! For at most $1.50 worth of not eaten food.!! On top of all that when i ordered my steak teriyaki it was WAY over done and so not enough sauce on anything!! Worst experience here ever! And i used to LOVE IT!!! Needless to say i will not be returning!

Horrible experience with ordering online tonight. I love this place, but tonight the waitress was rude when I tried to pick up my order. Said they probably refused it because they were busy. Thank you for the call to warn me before I got there.
